We used Mark and his son to excavate and build boulder retaining walls for a pickleball court at our cabin in Garden City. They are outstanding to work with. Communication was great and pricing more than competitive. We expect to call them again with any future projects.
Two years ago my family's double wide trailer home in Garden City succumbed to the harsh winter of 2023. I called several places to get a quote to demolish the trailer, yet Mark was the only one to return my call, in which, he did promptly, I might add! Mark and his son, Mike did an incredible job demolishing and hauling away the remains. The trailer was very close to other homes and Mark tore it down with precision and exactness. He kept the debris on our very small 60 foot wide lot, which our neighbors really appreciated. They completed the job on schedule and the price was very fair. They were great to work with and I highly recommend Mark and Mike for your demolishing/excavation needs. Thank you for a job well done!

Called these guys to fix my rock retaining wall that was deteriorating. They did a great job with it and the prices were reasonable. Communication was great and they clearly explained all the work they were going to do, which made me feel confident with their abilities. I called with some questions about the project months after completion and they answered all my questions and even stopped by in person to follow up. Just recently, Mark stopped by unexpectedly just to follow up on his work and sent me a picture telling me that everything still looked good - which I was thoroughly impressed with that gesture. I will be using these guys again in the future and would highly recommend them over other local contractors who won’t even return phone calls.

Very impressed with Mulligan Excavation service. There were most reliable contractor we had in Garden City. Very professional. They showed up when promised and there were no suprises when it came to cost. Transparent from beginning to finish. Definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I had a one inch water line break. It did extensive damage to my property. They came immediately, found the problems, fixed it. They reworked the area as if nothing ever took place. Great job!!
Mark and his son cleared our property in Fish Haven, built a boulder retaining wall, and laid gravel across most of the lot. Their level of communication and workmanship is something that is severely lacking in the Bear Lake area and I am looking forward to sending them more business. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and got our project on the calendar within weeks, not months or years. I could not be more pleased with how it all turned out. If you are in need of excavation services, you should definitely give Mark a call.
We used Mark at Mulligan Excavation LLC in Garden City for our hardscaping needs in our yard. Their prices were very competitive, they hauled in the gravel, leveled out the landscape and spread out the gravel. Friendly people, professional and definitely experienced. Highly recommend.
