Mark was great to work with. He was there when he said he would be and did a great job filling and leveling my lot. He also fixed some settling problems I had from a previous contractor. His communication with me through the whole project was great also. I have used two other contractors in the past and Mulligan was by far the best. Our project wasn’t huge but Mark made us feel like an important customer. Mark will be my go to guy when I need something and I will send customers his direction. Thanks Mark.

We found out the hard way we were not connected to the sewer line in our new construction. I called Mulligan Excavation and they were able to help find the problem and did an excellent job taking care of the problem. It took some work to find the hook up to the city line. They persisted and eventually found it and got it inspection ready the first time. I'm so glad to have found them. We are using them to help with landscaping this year. Communication was excellent and they got the job done in a timely manner. They went the extra mile and have given us excellent ideas moving forward with landscaping .

We used Mark and his son to excavate and build boulder retaining walls for a pickleball court at our cabin in Garden City. They are outstanding to work with. Communication was great and pricing more than competitive. We expect to call them again with any future projects.
